Welcome to my e-portfolio! My name is Alyssa Grace Vegter, and I am currently a fourth-year student in the Master of International Business Combined Degree Program at the University of Florida. I am majoring in Business Administration, with minors in Spanish, Professional Selling, and Public Health. My diverse experiences abroad have shaped a unique perspective, allowing me to view the world through a global lens. I am also passionate about wakeboarding, art, modeling, photography, water sports, and reading!

My dual language skills and various educational backgrounds have enriched my knowledge and deepened my appreciation for different cultures. I enhanced my language and cultural skills by studying abroad in Seville, Spain, where I immersed myself in the local community and learned from diverse perspectives for six weeks. With a growth mindset, I am eager to continue my journey of learning and exploration.

 

Each travel experience is an opportunity to broaden my horizons and deepen my understanding of international markets and cultural dynamics. In the future, I aspire to engage in programs that offer immersive learning experiences, such as internships or volunteer opportunities in various countries.​I am particularly interested in exploring emerging markets and understanding how business practices vary across cultures. My goal is to combine my passion for travel with my academic and professional pursuits, allowing me to create meaningful connections and drive positive change on a global scale.
